Design and operate internal platform tooling and production infrastructure.

Built a cross-team Go-based CLI tool to automate release workflows; reduced mobile release time from ~1 hour to a few minutes.
Standardized infrastructure provisioning and deployment with Ansible; reduced service setup time to seconds and improved reproducibility.
Designed and deployed a MariaDB Galera cluster for a SaaS with hundreds of paying organizations (ranging from small teams to 10k+ users); improved fault tolerance after prior DB failure and increased throughput via read/write splitting.
Implement and operate CI/CD pipelines used by ~20 developers across ~10–15 projects; enabled self-service deployments and reduced time-to-production by ~90%.
Consolidated server workloads, reducing infrastructure cost and operational overhead.
Designed and built a Go-based CLI tool to scaffold standardized projects (Django + React, CI/CD, deployment integration); enforced adoption of a unified Python toolchain (uv, ruff, mypy) and reduced setup time and inconsistencies across teams and projects.
Worked with product and engineering colleagues to identify bottlenecks and define requirements for internal tooling.
